Dan lives in Onset, MA and holds the following certifications:



He has also worked for 4 years in outdoor education/recreation, teaching and guiding kids and adults on hiking, kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, and Nordic skiing experiences, and led teenagers on multi-week community service and adventure travel programs to the Global South for 3 seasons. He has extensive personal experience hiking and canoeing, and has hiked the Camino de Santiago twice: the 500-mile Camino del Norte in 2013, and the 300-mile Camino Primitivo in 2023.
